NexCon.io was founded by the ONLINECITY.IO team, which has been working with telecommunication technologies since 1999 and today consists of over 50 employees. In addition to NexCon.io, the team operates the global SMS platform, GatewayAPI and the omnichannel platform RelationCity.
Having GatewayAPI as the sister company of NexCon.io, has also given us the opportunity to offer unique package solutions where SMS communication via the GatewayAPI platform is used to send information and commands between the IoT SIM cards and a database.

We currently only offer our services to companies with a VAT number, and we therefore cannot offer our SIM cards for private use.
We do not operate with a minimum contract period. You can always cancel with 1 month's notice. For example, if you cancel on the 22nd of the month, you pay out the month + 1 month.
Delivery time is 1-2 working days in DK and 4-7 days in the rest of the EU.
You can always contact us and ask for more data on your SIM cards. You can also choose to pool the SIM cards you have with us, enabling data to be utilized across all your SIM cards.
We support 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G as well as NB-IoT and LTE-M. However, there may be a difference depending on where in the world you need to use your SIM cards.
